My fiancé and I researched many Tang Soo Do schools and by far PRO Martial Arts is the best. The attention to the students, classes, programs, and overall organization is excellent. Much more then martial arts are taught here; leadership, respect, focus, motivation, discipline, and many other skills that apply to everyday life. Our only regret is that we didn't start years ago.

How comforting would it be to know that you could protect yourself and your family from almost any threat? For me, it means the world. I took karate primarily for self-defense purposes. I haven't had to use it yet, but if the time comes I have no doubt the other guy will be very sorry. Knowing you can go just about anywhere without fear boosts your confidence and brings greater internal peace. It feels good, and it shows. Karate practice at PRO Martial Arts is a great workout for the mind and body. It's helped me improve my concentration, flexibility, and it's a great release from the pressures of the day. And it's not just a place to visit, karate becomes a part of you. It's a culture. Once you join it, the fulfillment pours in.

I remember during my first class, my instructor paid close personal attention to everything I did; my first kick, my first block, my first strike. And, every time I threw a committed technique, my instructor would commend me for doing my best. He would also take the time in the months and years to come to help me one-on-one when I fell behind or struggled with any part of my technique. Over the course of five years training at PRO Martial Arts, I have achieved many goals, including getting my Black Belt. Being a Black Belt has helped me improve as a person and conquer any mental or physical limitations I imagined I had. PRO Martial Arts has become a second home to me, and I am inspired by the people, who are serious, caring, and always willing to help each other in class.
